Care and Proper Use

Whenever you get new equipment, utensils, and small ware be sure to read and follow the manufacturer’s directions. Always refer to the national standard on proper cleaning and follow the manufacturer's recommendations. Not all bakeshop tools are safe to use in the microwave, the dishwasher, on the stovetop, or in oven. Most utensils are very easy to wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry. Some utensils/equipment might need extra care due to dark spots/stains.
