Before we start learning about the various units of equipment used in the Bakeshop you must first ensure they are acceptable for use in a commercial environment. The American National Standards Institute and the National Sanitation Foundation certify that the equipment being used is durable, easy to clean and resistant to damage. It is easy to verify whether or not the equipment meets these standards by looking for a seal of approval that will be located on the piece of equipment.
